General Rules & Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations

Cancellations and changes made before 6:00 pm on the day of arrival are free of charge. During trade fairs and conferences, different cancellation periods apply. Please contact us for further information.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the first night.

Deposit

No deposit is required. The payment can be made directly at check-in, if no credit card is available.

Extra Beds and Baby Cot

Baby 0-3 years in parents' bed: free of charge
Baby 0-3 years with baby cot: CHF 30.00 once
Child 4-11 years: CHF 33.- (incl. BF) per night
Child 12-15 years: CHF 53.- (incl. BF) per night
Child from 16 years: CHF 53.- (incl. BF) per night + CityTax
Adult as 3rd person in the room: CHF 53.- (incl. BF) per night + CityTax

WiFi

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking

One private parking space for every room is free. There is an underground garage with 30 parking spaces. Additonal parking, if available, will be charged.

Pets

Small dogs are allowed for an extra charge.

No Smoking Hotel

We are a strict non-smoking hotel. If someone smokes in the room, the extra cost for special cleaning will have to be paid.
